Ralph SchmückingManaging Director
Ralph Schmücking is a founding partner of @VISORY partners. In the mid-90s, Mr Schmücking was the Wirtschaftsprüfer (Chartered Accountant) jointly responsible for the development of Corporate Finance Business at Arthur Andersen in Germany. Prior to co-founding @VISORY partners, Mr Schmücking worked in the industry at the former Metallgesellschaft AG as Vice President responsible for M&A projects.
Mr Schmücking studied Business Management at the University of Nuremburg and qualified as a Wirtschaftsprüfer (Chartered Accountant) in 1998.
Axel OltmannManaging Director
Axel Oltmann is a member of management of @VISORY partners. Mr Oltmann previously worked at Arthur Andersen in Frankfurt.
Herr Oltmann studied Business Management in Giessen and Edinburgh, Scotland, and qualified as a Wirtschaftsprüfer (Chartered Accountant) in 2003.
Markus OttoManaging Director
Markus Otto is a member of management of @VISORY partners. Before joining @VISORY partners, Mr Otto worked at Arthur Andersen in Frankfurt.
Mr Otto studied Business Management at the University of Frankfurt am Main. Prior to his university studies, he undertook training as an industrial clerk at HOECHST AG, Frankfurt.
Tobias SchätzmüllerManaging Director
Tobias Schätzmüller is a member of management of @VISORY partners. Prior to joining @VISORY, Mr Schätzmüller worked in the Corporate Finance Division of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in Frankfurt.
Mr Schätzmüller studied Business Management and holds a “Diplom-Kaufmann" (degree in business) from the University of Cologne and a Major in Finance degree from the Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden.
